Patient in their early 40’s from the United States underwent circular tummy tuck combined with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL), breast lift with implants, extended arm lift and back lift to address skin laxity and improve body contour. With a weight within the overweight range and a history of prior surgery, the procedure focused on correcting breast ptosis and volume loss while refining lateral torso definition. The surgical approach targeted areas of abdominal, thoracic, and brachial skin laxity, aiming to achieve a more lifted and youthful breast appearance along with a smoother upper body contour. This comprehensive enhancement resulted in improved symmetry, firmness, and overall body harmony.

Paciente en la etapa temprana de sus 40’s, originaria de Estados Unidos, se sometió a una mastopexia con implantes con transferencia de grasa a los glúteos, braquioplastia y torsoplastia para corregir la flacidez cutánea y mejorar el contorno corporal. Con un peso dentro del rango de sobrepeso y antecedentes de cirugía previa, el procedimiento se enfocó en corregir la ptosis mamaria y la pérdida de volumen, además de definir el contorno lateral del torso.
