Female patient with a diagnosis of Class II obesity who underwent gastric sleeve surgery at CER Bariatrics. At her 3-week postoperative follow-up, she had already lost 30 lbs, showing positive response and tolerance to the procedure. At 10 months post-op, she has achieved a total weight loss of 90 lbs, with significant improvement in overall health, functional capacity, energy levels, and emotional well-being. She has demonstrated good adherence to post-surgical nutritional and activity guidelines, leading to a comprehensive health transformation.

Paciente femenina con diagnóstico de obesidad grado II, intervenida mediante cirugía de manga gástrica en CER Bariatrics. A las tres semanas postoperatorias ya presentaba una reducción de peso de 13.6 kg (30 lbs), con buena tolerancia al tratamiento quirúrgico. Al seguimiento a los 10 meses, ha logrado una pérdida total de 40.8 kg (90 lbs), con mejoría evidente en su estado general, energía, movilidad funcional y bienestar emocional.
