Female patient from the United States underwent a body contouring procedure that included tummy tuck, liposuction of the waist and full back, J-Plasma skin tightening, and fat transfer to the buttocks. In her early 50’s, with a height of 5’5” and a weight within the normal range, the surgical objective was to sculpt the midsection, enhance gluteal volume, and tighten the skin across the back and abdomen. The combination of liposuction with J-Plasma technology allowed for superior skin retraction, while the autologous fat grafting provided natural gluteal projection.
