Female patient from the United States underwent extended thigh lift, breast correction with implant exchange, and fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty to address residual skin laxity and body contour concerns following substantial weight loss. After undergoing gastric sleeve surgery three years ago and losing 60 lb, she presented with excess skin in the thighs, abdominal region, and dissatisfaction with the appearance of the breasts. With a current weight in the obesity range, the procedure focused on reshaping and firming the lower and upper body, enhancing abdominal contour through vertical and horizontal skin removal, and improving breast volume and projection. This approach delivered improved proportions, symmetry, and comfort following bariatric transformation.
