Silhouette Shaper
Breast lift with implant exchange combined with 360° liposuction, hip fat transfer, and J-Plasma, improving breast position, waist definition, and overall body contour.
Description
This case presents a female patient with changes affecting the breasts and overall trunk contour. Preoperative photographs demonstrate breast ptosis with a low breast position and changes in breast shape, along with adipose tissue distributed throughout the abdomen, waist, flanks, and back, contributing to reduced waist definition and a less defined transition between the waist and hips.
The patient underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) with implant exchange, 360° liposuction, fat transfer to the hips, and J-Plasma treatment. The immediate postoperative photographs demonstrate elevation and reshaping of the breasts with improved position and contour. Circumferential treatment of the trunk produces a more defined waist and improved contour of the abdomen, flanks, and back. Fat transfer to the hips contributes additional volume and a smoother transition from the waist into the hip region, improving the overall silhouette. Expected early postoperative findings, including swelling, bruising, surgical dressings, and fresh incisions, are visible.
