33-year-old female patient with a 12-year history of obesity and two pregnancies underwent a vertical sleeve gastrectomy at CER Bariatrics as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Starting at 275 lb, she achieved a total weight loss of 79 lb, reaching 196 lb at follow-up. The patient reports significant improvements in her physical health, emotional well-being, and quality of life. She is currently under multidisciplinary follow-up with no reported postoperative complications.

Paciente femenina de 33 años con antecedentes de obesidad de más de una década, madre de dos hijas, quien fue intervenida mediante gastrectomía en manga como parte del protocolo de tratamiento integral en CER Bariatrics. Partiendo de un peso inicial de 275 lb, alcanzó una reducción ponderal de 79 lb, con un peso actual de 196 lb. La paciente refiere mejoras notables en su bienestar físico, emocional y funcional, así como una significativa recuperación de su calidad de vida. Se encuentra actualmente en seguimiento multidisciplinario, sin complicaciones posquirúrgicas reportadas.
